I think I am getting pretty full. We are already at 16 and at least one more player is signing up. Then there are 3 other players that will be signing up maybe.

Do you have access to the teams in each division yet or are you going off of last season?

^When you register, you can see every TASL team that has registered. I just know that people are playing on all of the teams I listed because of what has been said on here. The captain of Quickly United posted on this thread about a page, or two ago. I have no clue though, if soc33com is playing for After Shock again, but he did last season.

I'm still with Aftershock and our co-ed team changed our name to AllBlax.

Just browsed the player pool...saw some decent players out there, too bad my teams are all full

Well based on my knowledge of the local refereeing scene, I'd say either way too strict or way too lenient. Probably way too lenient in most cases. You might get a good ref once every five games or so. The ridiculous competitiveness of some of these assholes playing doesn't help matters though.

They're usually the guys who aren't that good, too. Like they have to overcompensate for having brick feet by clobbering everyone. There are extremely competitive good players as well, but they generally channel that enthusiasm in a healthier way.

^I don't know, I have played with some pretty talented short fuses and some really crappy players who pissed me off because they couldn't have cared less, if we won.

yeah something like that

actually we got core of 7-8 guys who are back and then a bunch went up to the over 30s. The rest are a bunch of State grads and friends of mine who play. d7freestyler got to play against a bunch of our new guys in indoor we should be alright this spring. Also if people are looking for jerseys- the hibernian is going back to traditional green and white jerseys this fall.

^Well the league did go 0 for 3 against him from the spot last season. Two of those saves were in a 2-1 Sporting win over Hibernian. We went 2 for 2 from the spot in that game.

I just hope both teams play better than they did in that game.

It is still baffling to me how slack task is posting the schedule. The season starts Feb 25 according to their website, and some of us like to make Saturday plans more than a couple of days in advance.

I don't have a dog in the fight since I don't play for Hibernian anymore, but if the quality of your teams in the past is any indicator, they will give you all you can handle and more.

^we are playing tuesday nights at XL and are in first place... but our next game is against the team in 2nd place (we beat them 8-1 two weeks ago), but our game is at 9:00 the UNC game is a 8:00... priorities NCState>>>>>>indoor. so we might get a loss because noone shows up which sucks.

i can't wait for outdoor to start.

^Yeah I can't wait either. I signed some nice talent too. Like I said, hopefully our game against each other isn't as ugly as it was last season.

I'm just interested in seeing how good FC Rubbish is. Hopefully we can put the noobs in their place.

^I think a lot of that has to do with them trying to find fields to schedule the games at since they rent from CASL. I wouldn't be shocked, if they still have some schedules to finish.

btw, somone sent me a thank you e-mail tonight...

They were just released. Online now.

I noticed the team that went undefeated with a 38-2 goal differential last season is still allowed to play at the lowest level.

My understanding is you have the choice to move up if you win the league once, but have to move up when you win twice. These guys rode on everyone last year, so they must be afraid of competition if they aren't moving up. Shit, the hibs tried to move up after finishing second 2 seasons ago. We ain't scared.
