Those ads are terrible. Look, the simple fact is that most Americans don't look good naked. We're a country of soft, lumpy, wheezing uggos. You're supposed to be at your physical peak right now and most people on this site probably couldn't run a mile in under 8 minutes. That's not healthy, that's not normal, and it shouldn't be encouraged. We don't pretend that smoking is healthy, why do we continue to pat chubby girls or guys on the back and tell them that it's ok and they are fine just the way they are?

ha ha I run my miles in 6:30 and thats running a three mile stretch... I no longer ONLY run one mile anymore.. its way too easy....

What I am also considering is taking a pole dancing class... I hear women can get great abs etc in that class

I came back to get my graduate degree... I am almost done :-) i may move back out there... The veterinarian I work with on my project kinda gave me the idea of working with human reproductive physiology... which i think i could make more money doing something I absolutely love!

no not yet I am in the 21-23 min range right now... I normally haul ass for my first and last mile and then my second mile i am around 7:00 -7:30

a friend of mine's bf has a pole in his bonus room...

complete with stage, mirrors, strobe (as well as black) lights..

my wife just started, she says she loves it. you can go to a teaser class for like 40 bucks to see if it's something you'd be interested in
