This thread is pretty amusing. They are trying to do something a bit different that will result in students getting a T-shirt for the game(that can be worn after too) and some of the responses have been:

Our colors aren't Red and White, but just Red so don't do it(except that they are red and white).

People might get confused and think that our student section is actually South Carolina fans that traveled in mass and somehow bought out half the stadium(Really?).

White looks bad...(Maybe on you)

Apparently a shirt that says beat Carolina, is actually a compliment to them(not sure what that has to do with anything..more a knock on the shirt.. )

By giving fans a free white t-shirt and having people wear white the stadium isn't going to be as loud as it could be if effort was put into making the stadium loud(love to see the correlation between shirt color and stadium noise..)

Man I love TWW. Looking forward to the game, I think this will look fine, nothing to make a big deal about.

SWPC did a better ticket distribution for USC than you think. There were more people that turned out than there have been since Fall '04 when Rivers had just graduated. When I was in school then we had people taking turns standing in line with IDs because you would miss your 8am class if you waited in line the whole time for tickets. Students dont realize how good they have it in SWPC now

from my understanding this is not optional for students anymore. It sounds like you MUST be wearing a white shirt to get into the student sections (per SWPC's email about the situation). I hope this is the case so it will look good whether people want to participate or not

Students will be given white shirts as they enter the game. SWPC members who got tix through the SWPC got their shirts at the distribution.

The front has BEAT CAROLINA on it in red and on two lines. I think BEAT is the same width as CAROLINA and it's in the upper middle of the shirt. The back has TWC and another logo(maybe Wolfpack Club).
