5/13/2011 10:20:19 AM
sandbags are cheap...like $20 for 100but you gotta fill 'em up[Edited on May 13, 2011 at 10:23 AM. Reason : .]
5/13/2011 10:22:59 AM
doubtful. a good portion of the wall appears to be composed of the dirt he dug out of the moat. sandbags are cheap.
5/13/2011 10:24:03 AM
yeah it looks like all the dirt came from what's now a moat around his property[Edited on May 13, 2011 at 10:24 AM. Reason : ^ beat me]

he would have had a few weeks of noticesouthern missouri had some storms several weeks prior that filled up table rock lake and bull shoals. those drain into the white river, that flooded this place. those missouri storms also filled up the missouri and Mississippi rivers.a week after that we got a week's worth of storms in arkansas, culminating in a 4 day stretch of thunderstorms that dropped 18" of rain near where i livethis hit table rock and bull shoals again, and rose table rock 5' in a couple of daysso they knew this was coming for a good while out

This single act should be the sole litmus test for candidacy of the highest office in the land.If this man ran on this ticket, that he fortified his house in spite of nature, his neighbors, and the government, just imagine what he would do for America. We have far too many sit-down-be-a-bitch-and-wait-for-the-bailout members of our society at all levels.
