A guy showed me a program called "Edison", just google it. Sounds like it should do what you're asking for. it's got a free demo, but 40 for the full program.

How basic are you wanting and why does it have to be in Word, I assume for a lab report?

^yup, just getting tired of drawing circuit diagrams by hand, basically just needs to have batterys, resistors, diodes, nodes, and labels (just the basics)...basically what i need is what the professors use to add circuit diagrams to homeworks[Edited on August 29, 2005 at 11:56 PM. Reason : asdf]

is microsoft visio on the campus office suite? cuz it has it

yesMicrosoft Visio does that.Or just download a trial version of BSPICE 2

Visio is my preference, and then I'll use dia (available on the eos machines), and the the trial version of PSPICE/OrCAD that actually has the simulation package with it, but that might be a little more than what you need.

Or the retail version of OrCad.
