put her in a cat food bag and bury her under a bush/natural areaor just toss her into the trash[Edited on July 3, 2008 at 9:35 PM. Reason : ]
7/3/2008 9:34:42 PM
sorry....i'm guessing my mom is gonna live another 25 years at least...wonder if shes gonna keep all the cats she has in that time
7/3/2008 10:22:48 PM
7/3/2008 10:43:15 PM
what was wrong with her? if she was 7 months when you started....she couldnt have been that old...
7/3/2008 10:46:42 PM
started aug 03...so like 4 years 11 months or so...plus about 6 or 7 months..."they thought it was cancer"
7/3/2008 10:48:50 PM
^ at 5 years old?? i call bs.
7/3/2008 10:49:56 PM
obviously she knew something was up...doc told her they thought it was cancer...i dont know anyone that knows more about taking care of cats than my mom...i think i trust her judgement in this matter ]
7/3/2008 10:51:44 PM
I want to find a hair from my old cat and use his DNA to clone him. He was the best cat ever
7/3/2008 10:53:19 PM
^^ not calling your mom on bs. calling the dr on it. unless she had feleuk, but she should have been tested for that.
7/3/2008 11:00:17 PM
well what else coulda been causing my cat to suffer other than cancer?
7/3/2008 11:01:04 PM
7/3/2008 11:06:30 PM

7/3/2008 11:08:34 PM
7/4/2008 12:42:57 AM

7/25/2008 2:48:44 AM
cats r USELESS animals.and sluts. so there.
7/25/2008 2:50:31 AM
dude, radiation and shots..... more like NO
7/25/2008 3:06:30 AM
^^They aren't useless, mine is pretty good at keeping my stress level up. But he's about to get some new friends so maybe that'll help him out a little.
7/25/2008 3:48:20 AM
Good luck with the radiation, all the cats that I knew that had it done seemed to do great afterwards (worked in a vet ER for 4 years)
7/25/2008 7:48:56 AM
Sorry about your kitty.
7/25/2008 9:27:04 AM
^thanks i wasnt that attached to nippy, cause it didnt come until the sept after i first came to state....but i've had casper since i was like 13...i hope he does well^^thats what the vet told my mom as well....my mom says he keeps puking up the medicine and wont eat
7/25/2008 9:51:47 AM
I don't know how, but I'm sure that you in some way brought this upon yourself.
7/25/2008 9:54:08 AM
lol how so?so what do you think mr emce, should my mom spend 1250 on a 10 year old cat that could potentially die in 2 years anyways?
7/25/2008 9:55:01 AM
noI t would be a different story if she had invested that money earlier by the way of pet health insurance...but regardless of an attachment to a cat (dogs are different, OK?!), I couldn't justify spending that kind of money
7/25/2008 10:01:01 AM
do different breeds of cat behave differently? I've never quite understood that
7/25/2008 10:02:33 AM
yeah i actually asked her about the pet insurance thing...she was like nope and i was like "i'm pretty sure such a thing exists" and she said no one would insure it now that its sick [Edited on July 25, 2008 at 10:03 AM. Reason : ^^yeah i asked her if my stepdad was cool with paying it cause hes the main $ource][Edited on July 25, 2008 at 10:03 AM. Reason : ^idk...she always gets like slick hair kinda cats...not the puffy nappy ones]
7/25/2008 10:02:40 AM
....just like any insuranceit's best if you get it before. those vet visits and treatments would cost a mere drop in the bucket
7/25/2008 10:05:26 AM
I know how you feel. I've lost several cats in my lifetime. But none of them died humanely
7/25/2008 10:11:25 AM
and a lot of pet insurances are rip offs (much like regular insurance, i suppose)but yea it is really hard unless you do it right when you first get a pet. otherwise your pet will have pre-existing conditions
7/25/2008 10:12:18 AM
Problem with pet insurance is it's about $20 a month for a cat. So $240 a year. Some policies pay a little for shots, so maybe spending $220 more than without insurance. For 10 years that's $2,200, or not worth it.When I get a dog I'll get insurance, but only because the ones I like are prone to doing things like accidentally ripping out a canine while playing, and that's expensive to replace.
7/25/2008 10:40:54 AM
7/25/2008 10:42:53 AM
there are plenty of healthy cats and dogs up for adoption that will be put downi know folks get attached, but you have to learn to let goyou can save the life of a young, healthy animal for cheap, or spend $texas to extend the life of an old animal a few more years at bestbut that's just mesorry about your cat[Edited on July 25, 2008 at 10:44 AM. Reason : either way a kitty dies]
7/25/2008 10:44:03 AM
^ and ^^- thanks i hope casper lives...hes 10 but in excellent condition other than the thyroid thing
7/26/2008 1:57:38 AM

8/9/2008 1:38:56 AM
so this cat:had a hyperthyroid...it leads to death(like, "no chance" of it getting better)...either it can take some purple gooey stuff or get radiation...my mom got the radiation done and said he is doing fine now <3 casper...rip nippy
8/23/2008 3:23:28 AM
