http://pewresearch.org/politicalquiz/?src=pp-reportAnd post your results:I'm frankly stunned if anyone scores under 10-11. How only 8% got 13/13 is ridiculous.[Edited on April 20, 2012 at 6:05 PM. Reason : ]

knowing the answers to those questions would requiring listening to the news and/or reading a news article, rather than listening to your pastor or rush limbaugh.i got the same score, btw13/13[Edited on April 20, 2012 at 6:09 PM. Reason : ]

I can't understand how people can get any of these wrong
4/20/2012 6:12:14 PM

4/20/2012 6:12:20 PM
13/13Any idiot could score at least 10.
4/20/2012 6:12:24 PM

4/20/2012 6:13:11 PM

12/13 but only because I forgot Abe Lincoln was a Republican FUUUUUU[Edited on April 20, 2012 at 6:41 PM. Reason : ^2 at least I do not stand alone]
4/20/2012 6:41:03 PM
13/13 easy shit
4/20/2012 6:43:42 PM
1/13 I kept looking for the Ron Paul option but couldn't find it so I just guessed.
4/20/2012 6:49:48 PM
13/13i was surprised, i thought i'd have something like FDR's party wrong. it was only my best guess that he was a Dem but i thought it likely that wasn't the case.
4/20/2012 7:10:09 PM
Yep 13/13 too...the only one I could see most somewhat intelligent people missing is the Lincoln question. The rest are fairly obvious.
4/20/2012 7:17:12 PM
4/20/2012 7:21:53 PM
13/13...lol FDR was like the father of modern progressivism.I thought the reducing defense budget was a trick question that I would get wrong.
4/20/2012 7:25:20 PM
13/13 boom
4/20/2012 7:30:14 PM
I was half-expecting the quiz to be a trick and at the end tell me how the man is tricking me into believing media lies.
4/20/2012 7:31:13 PM
I don't read/listen to the news....but I listen to my pastor and occasionally rush limbaugh...I got 13/13
4/20/2012 7:31:22 PM
with stats like that it would seem they should only allow college graduates to voteassuming they're land-owners over 30, of course
4/20/2012 8:02:15 PM
the scary part is that you had to have internet access to take this quiz so the dumbest are not even included.
4/20/2012 8:05:40 PM
They were probably using the data they collected in the phone survey as the graphical representation. Old people are completely misinformed about politics, I bet that's where a lot of it came from. Pretty sad because that's also the demographic most likely to vote.13/13
4/20/2012 11:27:33 PM
4/20/2012 11:32:09 PM
4/20/2012 11:41:10 PM
13/13, obviouslyHonestly, anyone who misses a question on that test shouldn't be voting. The fact that only 8% of the country has any clue at all is why I don't usually vote...the politicians are catering to the 92% who are totally incapable of making good voting decisions.
4/20/2012 11:55:04 PM
I was thinking the other day what would happen if people participated in a mass voter boycott. If a candidate wins with like 10% of the actual vote, they would have no public mandate to do anything and perhaps we could finally see some things change for the better.
4/21/2012 12:00:27 AM
I got most of them wrong. I kept looking for the Democrat party, and it was never an option.
4/21/2012 2:13:49 PM
Idk who John Boner is
4/21/2012 2:38:09 PM
4/21/2012 2:41:54 PM
I got 13/13 correct.Thank god they didn't ask about senators and congressmen that don't make the news though. Popquiz:Without googling: which one is a 2008 elected Senator?a) William Binneyb) John Hudsonc) Raffi Torresd) Jeff Sessions
4/21/2012 2:59:07 PM
sessions has been in congress for a whileso i'm guessing him
4/21/2012 3:02:06 PM
i missed one. damned Nancy P.
4/21/2012 3:08:50 PM
13/13Obvious answers are obvious. Oh and shocking result that college educated people have more knowledge of politics than HS grads. Ground breaking stuff.
4/21/2012 3:24:45 PM
i got them all right, but the questions about past presidents' polical views aren't necessarily the easiest questions in the world.
4/21/2012 4:51:05 PM
4/21/2012 4:55:25 PM
12/13, missed the John Boehner question because the House of Reps is weak
4/21/2012 4:56:58 PM
missed party affiliations:Pelosi, Roosevelt, Boehner10/13
4/21/2012 5:00:11 PM
I got 12/13, I thought the democrats wanted reduce the size and scope of the federal government, but apparently its the republicans, not sure when this occurred in history.[Edited on April 21, 2012 at 5:19 PM. Reason : wrong question]
4/21/2012 5:14:36 PM
^That's not right. The answer for that one was the dems, you must have missed a different one.
4/21/2012 5:15:33 PM
wat
4/21/2012 5:28:44 PM
pretty sure the answer is d) jeff sessions
4/21/2012 5:29:24 PM
when, since the civil war, have democrats ever wanted to reduce the size of the federal government? pretty sure fdr made the federal government gigantic under his virtually endless reign
