Whenever I meet black people in small towns, for some reason, they never try to push slang, culture, or anything on me. They sound polite and very articulate in spite of whether they are poor or rich or whatever. But then I go into a city and it's all about unfair this and unfair that.

Just an observation, but whites and blacks seem to get along a lot better in small towns, but appear to regard each other with caution in a city.
