first off, wtf qfred, increase the character limit in thread titles - it's not going to hurt anythinganyway, I decided to hook up my insanely old iPod (4th gen I think) to iTunes andddddd I literally only put about 30 songs on thereit's "determining gapless playback information" and it's fucking being doing that for over an hour, and it's only on song 19 out of 30 :-\I googled it, and all I can find are complaints, but no working solutionsalso my computer runs really well normally (I'm on XP) but all of a sudden when I open iTunes, it fucking memory hogs the shit out of it, makes everything else slow as shit, and occasionally freezes for up to a minute at a timeI really really hate apple and iPodbut my major question (if no one has any insight about what I can do about gapless playback info) is, are there any other programs that would just simply put songs onto the iPod other than itunes? I can't stand this program inb4 tl;drinb4 haters
