I've been wondering the same thing. For some reason my mp3 player is no longer recognized by my car stereo. And burning CDs is a cheaper option than getting a new mp3 player that may or may not fix the problem. BUT I CAN'T FIND MY BLANK CDS.

I should burn some cds for my car. Sometimes I get tired of the same political news over and over on NPR.

the thing about cds is you dont have to have a bunch of wires and shit all over your car.

yep. instead you have to have a shit ton of plastic discs all over the place and have to change them out while you are driving

lol I remember for my 18th birthday I got a CD-R burner. I felt so awesome driving to school with one of those Discman -> cassette player converter things listening to NIN. I got a bunch of blank CD-R's for Christmas that year too, it was great. On a semi-related note I bought a blank DVD-R spindle in classifieds on TWW back in like 2007 before I graduated and still haven't used them up. These days I just copy movies to flash drives and play them on the TV.
