that will only be shocking when everyone is required to have a facebook.[Edited on June 22, 2012 at 7:21 PM. Reason : most states those type of convicts are barred from having fb, or more likely myspace, anyway]

I think limiting people's freedom and outcasting them from society is a surefire way of PROMOTING criminal misconduct and/or mental disorders on those affected by it.
6/22/2012 7:24:33 PM
they tried that but could not bar people from having a facebook, courts overturned it or something.

I think that regulations like this are stupid. If someone has enough likely hood of recidivism to need this regulation, they should still be in prison. You either are, or are not a threat to society.

Didn't even have to read it to know he(the legislator that proposed the bill) was a republican.[Edited on June 22, 2012 at 7:26 PM. Reason : ]

Why doesn't NC have a state Sex Office?
6/22/2012 7:37:26 PM
Because John Edwards would never leave it.

I don't really care; if you don't want to be subject to this, then don't fuck little kids. What is concerning, though, is subjecting public urinators, teachers who bang their 17-18 year old students, and statutory rapists (the 17 year old who bangs a 15 year old...not a 42 year old who bangs a 12-year old who happened to be willing) to this...although the broader issue is labeling those people sex offenders to begin with.

I didn't make it to the Louisiana Sex Off this yearmaybe next year
6/23/2012 1:13:25 PM
I was sure this was about someone who won a lewd, illegal contest called the Louisiana Sex Off, then was arrested after triumphantly posting details of their salacious activities on FB.

what the fuck happened to "He paid his dues for his crime in jail/prison/being fined"? Why do we have to fucking dehumanize people who make mistakes for the rest of their tortured lives? Is this going to improve society? fuck no, you're going to release a bunch people who are likely much better criminals than they were before they got put away and then pester the mortal fuck out of them till they say they've had enough and just go straight up perpetrator [Edited on June 23, 2012 at 4:08 PM.
