I got my first request yesterday, and thought the same thing. The thing is..... Just like there are TWWers I don't necessarily want to be FB friends with, or be connected to on linked in; there are facebook people I don't want to maintain a professional connection with. Mainly qntmfred.

Glassdoor is aggressively expanding. But I think it's like google+. Just provide another way to get you connecting your business friends, but can't substitute linkedin.
