it's not closed, it was just renamed to the national brand (well the old Hillsborough St Textbooks location is closed but the other 2 locations are still open afaik)

Neebo is the national brand. PackBackers is owned by Nebraska Book Company, Neebo is their new national brand

When I was first hired at PackBackers in 2001 two weeks before classes started, it had just been bought by NBC and NONE of the staff knew how to do their jobs with the software that had just been installed, none of the books or course info were in the system. it was a nightmare.

it's funny that you have such love for packbackers and I absolutely hated everything about my job at the ncsu bookstore
me, hotwolf3, and Dijital ALL hated that place and I was happy to see it torn down
