Wouldn't you say it's extraordinarily generous of someone to willingly die or get life in prison just so that Trump can get his ballroom? And wouldn't it also be strange if that person was a liberal California Democrat with a long online history of anti-Trump rhetoric? They typed up a manifesto explaining precisely why they took this action and gave it to their family. All just a false flag years in the making, death or life in prison at age 31 is the likely outcome, so that Trump could get a ballroom?

In general the security "risk" seems way overblown, seems like security did their job perfectly well.

But if I were to type this with my tin foil gloves, I would also say that the Trump assassination attempt where he was "shot in the ear" was partly or completely staged....and someone died there. Even if I were persuaded that the attempt were real, I'm still not buying that Trump was shot in the ear, or that secret service would allow him to stand up for a bloody fist photo op.
As for Cole Allen, maybe if he was offered a pardon or other political favor, he would play the part of assassin?

And I wouldn't describe Cole Allen's affiliation with liberal causes as "long standing". At least his activist mindset seems to be somewhat recent.

I don't know a ton about his past, but he seems to have a history of working and interning for reputable companies and businesses. That would lead me to believe he was smart enough to know a ham-fisted assassination attempt like rushing through security would never work.

Yeah I’ve seen that image floating around but there’s no verifiable source that I can find, I don’t think it’s credible.

This recent attack doesn’t seem suspicious to me tbh. I don’t see why there seems to be mass social media commentary it’s staged. People saying the 1 whca dinner Trump attends gets attacked— well yes he’s not going to get attacked when he doesn’t attend. He’s a historically unpopular figure, who promulgates constant violent rhetoric, live by the sword die by the sword as they say.

The ear thing from the other attempt is strange though. But I think they just chose to let the public believe it was a miraculous bullet miss (which it was even if it didn’t graze him) instead of debris or shrapnel that flung up and actually cut his ear.

Putting those aside, I really don't understand Trump's comment about needing a ballroom with tighter security for events like the White House Correspondents' Dinner.

I mean....sure the President traditionally shows up to this thing. But it is not a government event, and it is not for the President. It is an event for White House Press reporters, right? So why would the white house ever host an event like this? Why would the White House reporters ever want to cede control of this event (and it's attendees) over to the white house?
