Saw them on Monday for the first time at the Cradle. They are doing a three night stint there this week. Opener on Monday was Valient Thorr, who I had also never seen before. That shit was wild.

I first saw Valient Thorr at what I think was one of the first Carolina Roller Girl events at the skating rink off of Capital (early 2000s?)... and then soon after at Kings where they made everyone in the crowd get on the stage at the same time. (sorry, not FI-related)

Sounds about right. Valient had his shirt off by the first song and got in the crowd at one point for a while.

I was in Wilmington last Thursday-Sunday and saw they were playing Greenfield twice while we were in town. Kind of thought it would be funny to see them twice but decided one show was sufficient, and we already had the tickets to the first Cradle show.
