That stat could be misleading though. While it does say that other races were reduced by 4%, it doesn’t say what the starting percentages were. Could it be that there were just generally more African Americans employed by the federal government?

Note: I am NOT anti-DEI, just an observation.

Even if so, the numbers would suggest they were disproportionately targeted for reduction. If we're cutting based on job function, it should generally be expected to affect all races at their current percentages.

Ok so I don’t know what OnePiece is, but that picture that was recently released from the White House that says “The Mark of a Good Crew” strikes me as extremely white supremist.
