Thanks umop....my strategy as of right now is not to go looking for it. Eventually it's gonna run out of food, right? I mean the water bugs have some sort of special portal into my house but I only see like one or two a week. I mean it's a small snake but still. Then it will have to either come out of hiding or die.

It'll likely die of dehydration rather than starvation if it doesn't find a way out.

How long is this snake? If that thing is only like a foot long, it couldn't even do any damage if it bit you. I've been bitten by snakes that size that can't even draw blood.
