I feel like that's a fuck up on the birth certificate.I have a friend named "Cara" that is like that. Spells its "Carra", but on her DL and Birth Certificate it's "Cara". Sore subject for her.

My buddy just knocked up a girl named "Cadie". Pronounced "Kadie"...obviously the "t" is pronounced as a "d"...but no one knew that's how she spelled her name, so everyone calls her "Katie."
