This game is insane. The mechanics behind building vehicles are very well done. I've only made basic things like hoverbikes and biplanes, but I don't have enough battery power to last that long. I've seen people online building crazy things like mechsuits, semi-trucks, pod racers, etc. They also have like 10 battery packs too.

I'm impressed with it, considering the age of Breath of the Wild, particularly with how much more explorable area there is and how much the previous terrain has been made to feel somewhat unfamiliar.

I picked up Switch 2 Edition of Breath of the Wild and started a new playthrough over the weekend. I thought that after Tears of the Kingdom, going back to Breath of the Wild would feel pretty basic, but I'm really liking the focus so far. I've played from the start and completed the main quest for the Divine Beast in Zora's Domain so far.

The smoother frame rate is transformative, and I like the addition of HDR. I'm also playing with the Zelda Notes feature, but I could take or leave it. The new dialogue is fine, but it doesn't add much.

One thing I found with both games was this: there wasn't nearly as much music as I had hoped.

I've never played Zelda games other than "Link's Awakening" on SNES, but as a big fan of video game and anime music, I know the music is a big part of the series. Both games were eerily quiet imo. The few notes you get on the piano as you enter new areas and towns were the most interesting.

I really liked the games but I had really hoped the music would make up for the lackluster (main) story. It didn't. The gameplay did all the heavy lifting.
