I have never seen the humor in the Gilly character.

The Californians started out as an inside joke and it's at least a billion times better than Gilly

probably more

The Californians is always entertaining and occasionally fantastic.

Gilly is THE WORST.

Gilly is the worst, a close second is that Jewish boy skit they roll out during weekend update.

and I hate to hear that Hader is leaving. He's very underrated

If he reprises his role of Stefon on Seth's new late night show then I'll be okay. But that does make me a sad panda

did not like one bit

all of wiigs recurring characters irritate me. some have been okay when done right but it's almost like they didnt have any real material for them they just wanted to force them on us. Worst cold opening in a long long time. wait i do like the tiny hands skits but this one was the worst one of them by far. moms a ghost felt like it was 10 years too late. should have just skipped that whole episode. Well I enjoyed VW, but thats about it

Or maybe I hope he never gets to.

That song was awesome. And the guests were awesome.

I like that it was simultaneously more overt and less overt than Wiig's farewell song.

I assumed that final song being performed by Bill, Jason, and Fred was suppose to be their farewell? Believe I saw Sudekis on drums.

was pleasantly surprised to see Ian Rubbish jamming with J Mascis, Kim Gordon, Aimee Mann and others. That skit almost brought a tear to my eye, as did Meyers revealing his true feelings towards Stephon. I'm going to miss those guys.

(and that last song rekindled my dislike of Kanye)

I wasn't a fan of New Slaves, but I liked Black Skinhead. I also caught the final look during the credits and lol'd. He's an angry, albeit talented as fuck, man.

Bengo Fuck Yourself, the gay camp, Stefon and Seth, Ian Rubbish--great episode.

I think he planned that stare during the credits fully expecting it to become a .gif

and I can't take anyone who doesn't like Kanye seriously

somehow, that doesn't surprise me tim. you take your own opinions pretty seriously. kanye is way too egotistical and pretentious for me. but i can see why that resonates with you

Explain to me what pretensions Kanye is harboring.

He's absolutely one of the most important and innovative producers working, so it's not that.

I guess the pretension that he has meaningful political insight.

His music is good though.

sorry, maybe "pretentious" isn't the right word. i should have said "the totally exact opposite of humble". i just find him to be an arrogant asshat whoseems to think he's some sort of divine god-like prophet. but i'm not denying his talent, i just don't like him and don't care for his music. but enough about kanye. ^that's awesome.
