I'd say dems stopped the bleeding. They have a pulse. I'd hardly say they have "momentum". Maybe could say that if it is a blow out during midterms. VA a huge(not the "only" reason as I said before edit) they won is that GOP candidate was a black woman. NY the dem non slimy candidate won. NJ is only thing dems should really look at as a "win"
