Plan to make a stretching pole type thing. They sell them for like $27 on amazon. Figured it would be more fun to make one, plus amazon ones are like 5'(really 58") so can use my jigsaw to cut this down to better size. My shoulders are so fucked, they say "motion is lotion" for joints
