HmmmI guess there is no real "late to work" because there isn't really a mandated start time. You come in when you want, and leave when you want. As long as you make your meetings, get your work done, and get your 40 hours/week in, no one cares. To your question, perhaps? My wife had to travel for work for 3 weeks recently, leaving me to care for the kiddo by myself. When explaining this to my manager (as to why I might have to cut out early to get to daycare before it closes), she asked if I'd rather just work remotely M, T, TH, F? Usually I work remotely M, F.

I pretty much alternate weeks with wfh, last week was in office and this one lady with 2 kids going through a divorce had a teacher meeting that day so they let her work from home. I mean i get it and want to be sympathetic but damn if i wasn't jellyHowever, i also don't have to raise kids and sneak in fuck time on my wfh lunch breaks either...AnywaysWhens the last time you were on a boat?

Da question is: Now, did God create Da Bears, and make them superior to all teams? Or is he simply a huge fan, and Ditka made them superior to all other teams?

I ended up in Ax-les-Thermes, France; in a restaurant called LaMaison,on recommendation. Also upon recommendation, I tried the Foie Gras Mi-Cuit, Confiture D'ariège, Pain Brioché. I hated every bite of it. Awful. It's not that the restaurant, food, ambiance, or anything like that was bad. It was me... I am just not an organ meat person. I've never enjoyed eating organ meats. Every 15 years or so, I forget how much I dislike organ meats, and convince myself to give it another shot. It always ends terribly, and this situation was no different.

What's the worst part about being a dad so far? Not to intentionally focus on the negative as I assume the positive far outweighs it.

^^ no^ probably the lack of sleep in the early days. The baby's stomach is so timy, and until the baby gets to about 10lbs, they didn't really have to capacity to go long without feeding. They are also getting used to a new sleep schedule. So Mom and Dad have to wake up every 2 - 3 hours to feed and/or deal with a fussy baby. The lack of a good night's sleep sucks pretty hard.

If you could choose one power tool to take back with you to the Roman empire days what would you choose? And how would you change the world with it? The tool is magical in the sense that it will never break, or need repairs, or run out of battery, or dull.

Probably something like this:https://midlandusa.com/products/lxt600bbx6-biztalk-frs-two-way-radio-business-six-pack?variant=43036684320945Id imagine I could rule an empire, or wage war darn effectively if I could communicate instantly with my generals over midrange distances]

I never thought of the tiny stomach thing, but it kind of makes sense if you consider babies cry so damn much
