Pikey, try this one. I can consistently get 1st without kills with it:
1-MP7, Silencer, Thermal (Like a BOSS)
2-Pistol
3-Throwing knife
4-Smoke grenade
5-Extreme conditioning
6-Assassin Pro
7-Dead Silence Pro
8-Juice

Run to the point, throw down smoke, YYYY and you will rack up a million points. I did have 2 kills the other night though from care package landing on people.

it's pretty well known at this point and most experienced players should be able to notice if you're dead or YYYY-ing.

but it does work a decent amount of time, especially if you find yourself in trouble and need to play opossum for a few seconds.

For some reason last night was horrible for lag.

Had a bunch of games where it was so bad I had to leave and multiple people in my games were bitching about how it had been bad all day.

At one point I through out my portable radar, and it hung in the air for a good 2 seconds.

Perhaps it had something to do with the update that was released yesterday.

There is so much lag compensation in this game, its sad but when people say they are having a good/bad session playing COD, unless you are drunk, its usually just the random lag. Adding lag compensation helps the game appeal to the casual players who either wont notice, or will benefit, from most gun battles being a lag dice roll.

^Ah yeah, I see now. Found this after you posted that. Explains it pretty well I think. I'll post if for anyone who is curious to what it is.

Its just Activision trying to make CoD more accessible to newer/casual players. Very annoying if you are a nerd like me though and take/used to take CoD seriously and play a lot.

I had 120,000+ kills in W@W TDM with a 4+ K/D... (nerd) but thats because they had a Locale Search and a much more sound matchmaking system.

It seems each new release keeps getting shittier and shittier in terms of matchmaking and connection. Not worth investing in a game if first time players get free kills on you randomly because of lag.
