I think the original post was asking if people in their 30s act different. There isn't much difference between the mid 20s and early 30s. You can still go out and have fun and wait until age 32, to start having children.

yea this is similar to how the year 2000 wasnt the start of the new milenium, but that doesnt work for age since age is counted at the end of the year.
