These are my findings.1st use: 100%2nd use: 80%3rd use: 33%4th use: 33%5th use: 33%6th use: 30%7th use: 25%8th use: 22%9th use: 20%10th use: 18%Data Analysis:All razors exceed expectation of performance on the first two uses. The performance of the 3rd use diminishes substantially. The performance decreases slowly until the 10th use which is considerably unpleasant. On the 11th use, the razor fuckin rips the hair follicle out, scrapes and irritates theskin and leaves so much hair fragments that it's essentially worthless.

depends on what you're shaving.

Method:Step 1: Apply shaving creamStep 2: Shave with the grainStep 3: 1 stroke, run under warm water for 1 second, tap razor against sink, repeat step 3.[Edited on April 29, 2012 at 2:42 PM. Reason : .]

how many days between usesI find that even the dullest razor works pretty well if you go 2-3 days w/o shaving (i.e. lazy weekends)
4/29/2012 2:45:51 PM
Mandatory 3-4 in between, not more than 6.If you shave too soon, it could infect the openings as the hairs push through the skin.

I hate shaving every day for work, but I just [deal with it]

I know this guy that went to some military academy... he was a hairy Italian dude and they made him shave every 6 hours because he would get a five oclock shadow so quickly.

I used a Food Lion razor blade for 6 months. It ripped the hair out on the first use. After 6 months I pretty much had a blood scab beard.Pussies.

I shave every morning for work, except on weekends that I don't have to wear a uniform I say fuck it. using the fusion proglide I get about a week and a half of use from one blade head before it becomes too uncomfortable. it doesn't pull hairs out and be completely unpleasant at that point, it just starts doing a shitty job of shaving the hair off and if I'm not careful it'll cut me.only time it's completely unpleasant is if it's one of those times I can manage a couple days between shaves on the weekend and it's close to time to change the blade.

What is the quantitative substantiation for the 2% difference between the 9th and 10th uses?

The razor still works at about 18%, meaning it takes about 5 or 6 strokes shave the same area that it took the same blade 1 stroke on the first use. After 5 or 6 strokes the hair lengths are still uneven to the touch.

I use a fusion proglide for months at a time. It's only uncomfortable if I don't shave every day.
