that's neat/horrible/interestingwon't make me put on sunscreen and/or avoid the sun, though...i don't like sunscreen (i GENERALLY don't burn in the summer) and i like the suni might pay for it later, though

I have learned that a suntan damages your skin as well yet a sunburn definitely is more damaging.

I don't burn either.I am also not religious about applying suncreen everyday or everywhere. Never been a fan of the feel of them, and I am pretty skeptical about the chemicals in formulas. I have read that you should avoid brands with oxybenzone and retinyl palminate. The latter is a VitaminA derivative that increases sensitivity to the sun.
