I will post in your thread.My DVR records stuff that I don't schedule for recording. Definitely not a priority issue.For instance, my fiance and I would never DVR "Deadliest Catch" I like the show, but would never record it. For some reason, it records every other new episode.

My point is that you can be much more persuasive (and by that, I mean angry) over the phone.It's hard to get your point across via chat, and frankly it is a lot easier for the person on the other side of the chat to not give a fuck.

The only plus side to using the chat is that the entire conversation is pasted into the notes of your account. So if you have to call back about something, they can't dispute what was said in the conversation. Especially if they promise you shit then don't deliver.

Call and tell them that you changed your mind and no longer want the service. I guarantee they will have someone out there no later than tomorrow to install it, and you can probably get some bill credits out of it.
