I'm always learning. A student for life, if you will - just not officially enrolled in a course of study at an accredited university. I graduated with people my age who were getting their M.S., when I was the same age or older and received my B.S.[Edited on August 28, 2012 at 11:43 PM. Reason : .]

^^^^Yeah, there is a faint hint of calm creeping its way into my brain this year, with the end in sightbut I accidentally LOL'd in my COM112 class the other day (yep, saved that one for my senior year ) when the teacher asked the class when they were born. The prevailing number I heard was "'94!!"The girl next to me asked when I was born and looked at me like I'd just crawled out of joseph of arimathea's tomb when I said '85[Edited on August 29, 2012 at 12:04 AM. Does it count if you're a student in the navy? Still another like 5 weeks till I get to prototype. I'll be back in regular college most likely in like 4-6 years haha.

if you're older than you should be in your program and would be further along if not for questionable decisions and events in your life then yes this thread is for you

Super senior (5.5 years in to college thanks to transferring). I'm usually older than other seniors by...1-2 years. Just happy that I'll finally be done in December. Transferring was hell and paying for college through the years has been shit.Unlike most people, I'll find it refreshing to move in to a 9-5 job where I can start paying off loans. I hate debt.

Senior in polymer chemistry. The age difference varies a lot since I started in the middle of the degree and am working out to the low and high classes. At least 2 years in most cases though. Not too frustrated, I had a pretty sweet job this spring and had to force myself to leave and come back to school. Actually kinda surreal to be back.

JuniorElectrical Engineering~6 years difference, although I've met quite a few people lately in my age group...(26). I took a few years off, and started back part time, paying tuition as I go. I refuse to get a loan. My level of frustration at my position relative to my friends, well... I'm not as "successful" as many of them carreer wise. I have a stable job, but I make a little less that half as much as my friends. However, I have settled down with a house, an awesome wife, and am otherwise extremely happy with my life in general. I established my family long before any of my friends have. If success is measured by happiness, then I feel like we're all on the same playing field. if it's measured in cash flow, well, I'm about 1-(1/e) from where I want to be [Edited on August 30, 2012 at 10:05 PM.
