A bill to encourage people to sue the state if it's not deferring to Christianity enough? And here I thought they thought that people were already overly litigious.
I'd be a little less skeptical of this if it wasn't for the recent bill to ignore the constitution and allow the state to endorse a religion (with the obvious implication of which religion that would be).
