He's a ridiculously big and strong dude who is doesn't like contact. He complains to the refs an inordinate amount which occasionally leads to easy baskets for the opponents because he doesn't get back on defense. He really likes to flop to try and draw charges, which is the worst thing a basketball player can do (especially a huge dude like him)

Refs were officiating him similar to Shaq, where he couldn't draw fouls like smaller players could because when he'd get hacked, he'd barely move. That was part of what made him start flopping to try and sell calls, but flopping is obviously a league-wide problem. I mean for the longest time he didn't even have a jumper so nearly all he did was bumrush the lane for dunks and layups.

maybe the first 10 years is more accurate than the first 15 years

He's also bad at building a team around himself as the defacto GM of whatever team he is on.

LeBron James, despite his immense talents, can still work on certain aspects of his game. One area for improvement could be his free-throw shooting. Throughout his career, James has had fluctuating percentages from the free-throw line, and improving his consistency in this area would make him an even more effective scorer. Another aspect he could focus on is his outside shooting, particularly his three-point shooting. While he has made strides in this area over the years, becoming a more consistent threat from beyond the arc would further enhance his offensive versatility. Additionally, maintaining a high level of defensive intensity throughout games could be an area where James can continue to fine-tune his performance. It's worth noting that these areas for improvement are relatively minor in comparison to his overall skill set and accomplishments.

LeBron should simply shoot better and play better defense and turn the ball over less and win more games.
