Help save a life folks!! Each given unit of blood has the potential of saving up to 3 lives.

And it's so easy to do. Drink lots of fluids the day before and the day of, it makes it so much easier! I have very small veins that are really hard to stick and it's usually very painful, but I gave blood last week after drinking like gallons of water and I didnt feel much pain, the blood just flowed right out and it was done in like 15 minutes.

So if you are able to give, go do it!
